    2015 Annual Assessments

    The 2015 Annual Assessments were mailed the first of December. These are due February 1, 2015. If you have not already mailed your assessment payment, please do so. Any assessment payment postmarked on February 3, 2015 or later WILL be assessed the 15% Late Payment Penalty as stated in your Deed Covenants. Your Deed Covenants may be viewed here on our website.

    2015 Annual Meeting

    The 2015 Annual Meeting is scheduled for November 14, 2015 at 9AM in the Skyline Pavillion.

The Wintergreen Property Owners Association, Inc. is a non-profit membership corporation which is composed of the owners of all properties at Wintergreen. The WPOA is managed by Executive Director Russell Otis and his staff.

The purpose of the WPOA is to maintain and manage the common areas which include the roads, parks and open spaces. The WPOA operates the Wintergreen Police Department and also supports, through financial contributions, the Wintergreen Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad. The WPOA operates a landscaping department which is used for the common areas.

WPOA Assessments are billed annually subject to Article V of the Property Owner Association Covenants, these assessments are due February 1st each year. The 2014 Annual Meeting is tentatively set for November 8, 2014 at 10:00 am in the Skyline Pavilion. For more information, call (434) 325-8526.
