The state's vaccine clinics managed by Wintergreen Fire & Rescue are returning to Tuckahoe Clubhouse on Thursday, January 13. Both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines will be available; first, second, and boosters shots will be on hand.

Register to ensure a shot. For the Moderna vaccine go here; for the Pfizer vaccine go here. These clinics are open to the public. Pfizer's vaccine has been approved for those over 12 and older.

As Wintergreen Resort's Jay Gamble reported last week, Wintergreen has not been immune to the recent nationwide COVID-19 surge. Everyone is now required to wear masks indoors at Wintergreen Resort, regardless of their vaccination status. Wintergreen Fire & Rescue staff are also working through outbreaks of infections as well and are in the process of again dialing up their prevention strategies, says Wintergreen Fire & Rescue Chief Curtis Sheets.
