Wintergreen property owners have access to a meeting room inside Trillium House, headquarters of the Nature Foundation at Wintergreen [map].
This mountain-top meeting room is managed similarly to the spaces WPOA offers at Tuckahoe Clubhouse in the valley. The space is available to all property owners to use–individuals can reserve it, for example, for their bridge group, book club, or birthday party. Community groups will use it for committee and board meetings.
This WPOA meeting room includes seating for approximately 24 people, card tables, longer 6-ft tables, a small kitchenette (with a small refrigerator, sink, coffee maker), and an LCD projector with a screen. There is high-speed wifi internet, restrooms, and adequate parking.
There are no fees for Wintergreen property owners. Business or corporate meetings are not allowed; Wintergreen Resort has excellent meeting spaces for property owners’ business events.
The building’s layout only allows access to this meeting space by property owners during the nature foundation’s office hours: Tuesday & Wednesday: 9 am to 4:30 pm. Thursday: 9 am to 12 pm. Friday & Saturday: 9 am to 4:30 pm. Room is not available on Sunday & Monday.
WPOA members should first check the WPOA facilities event calendar regarding availability, then fill out the online form below or call WPOA’s Theresa Harris at (434) 325-8530 and book your event. Details regarding payment, access, and equipment will be provided after the reservation information is confirmed.
