How to reserve a meeting space at Tuckahoe Clubhouse

Individuals or groups who are not property owners at Wintergreen can rent Tuckahoe Clubhouse. Call WPOA’s Theresa Harris at (434) 325-8530 for details.

The calendar
for Tuckahoe Clubhouse also indicates the availability of the popular pavilions at the WPOA swimming pools at
Rodes Farm in the valley and, on the mountain, Chestnut Springs.

There is no charge on meeting spaces at Tuckahoe Clubhouse for Wintergreen homeowners or groups. There is a $150 usage fee per event for homeowners serving food and drinks (kitchen and utensils included if needed. All dishes must be washed and be put away).

Note: This is NOT a cleaning fee.

Here’s how to reserve a space:

  1. Look over all of the available meeting and event spaces in Tuckahoe Clubhouse going HERE. Match the room to the size of your event. Please do not abuse the generous fee structure; request only the spaces you will use.

  2. Check what rooms and dates are available on the online calendar HERE.

  3. Fill out the online form below or call WPOA’s Theresa Harris at (434) 325-8530 and book your event. Details regarding payment, access, and equipment will be provided after the reservation information is confirmed.
