Access to the electronics is controlled with a key provided to those who have reserved the main room. If you need access to the equipment, be sure to note that when you reserve a date for the main room.
How to play audio from a laptop computer
Suggestions for connecting a Mac to the clubhouse audio system:
Turn your computer on, then use an audio cord with standard headphone jack from your computer to the audio plug under the HDMI jack in the wall.
Go to System Preferences, then Sound, click on Output, and click on Headphones. (Note that the audio port is for “Sound Output.”)
Control the volume in the room with the dial on the amp labeled PC, or the Master Volume on the amp. If you only hear sounds from your computer, check the steps above again.
Suggestions for connecting a PC to the clubhouse audio system:
Turn your computer on, then use an audio cord with standard headphone jack from your computer to the audio plug under the HDMI jack in the wall.
Once audio card is plugged in, typically you will see a question such as “Which device did you plug in?” Select external speakers and click OK.
In the bottom right corner of the screen on your PC you should find the volume control. Select “speakers/headphone.” Control the volume in the room with the dial on the amp labeled PC, or the Master Volume on the amp. If you only hear sounds from your computer, check the steps above again.
