Everyone can now sign up for the special vaccine clinics at Wintergreen. No age restrictions (18+). It's a rapidly evolving situation and state officials are working to bring together the resources and vaccines needed to deliver more jabs.

Are we the best hope for you getting the vaccine? Maybe not, but don't count us out either.
We are now being told we will have a clinic in Nellysford every Thursday until the end of April, and hopefully beyond. Therefore, as more people become eligible for the vaccine, WTG Fire & Rescue wants to be ready.
Get on the local list, but keep looking around for any and all opportunities to get your jab. You won't hurt our feelings if you go to this dance with someone else. (But, do tell us.)
Our next clinic will be tomorrow (Thursday, March 25) where we will be serving only 100 area clients who have been screened as higher priority. (No client at this clinic is younger than 65.)
We will run a similar small clinic (with 100 new doses) on Thursday, April 1, which is when we will also administer the 200 "second doses" to those whom we vaccinated at our March 4th clinic.
After April 1, we are expecting the number of doses we'll be offering at our clinics to increase. How much? No one knows, but we're working to be ready to do as many as we can.
There are now almost a thousand people who have registered in our database for the Nellysford clinic. We'll filter that list using the state's priorities, such as age and health conditions. Some on this list are getting their vaccine elsewhere, so that list's membership is being redefined often.

Admin note: The state has (again) changed its recordkeeping system. It's getting better. Going forward, we'll be providing the health department with our list of pre-screened clients for jabs, then the official system (instead of us) will perform the actual invitation to the individuals to come to our clinic.
